 * Does anyone have recommendations on a certain book or online video tutorials 
   that will teach WordPress from the ground up?
 * I am familiar with CSS / HTML / & some PHP but I am really lost when it comes
   to the WordPress structure and how to manipulate all the ins and outs.
 * You input would be greatly appreciated even though this question has been asked
   a million times I am sure.

 * I don’t have any personal book recommendations, but here is a link to the [WordPress Books](http://wordpress.org/about/books/)
   page containing a number of available books published on the subject.
 * I also highly recommend going through the codex even before buying/investing 
   in any book. It has tons of information for all levels of users from the non-
   technical to the extremely technical, that quite honestly go a long way. A good
   start would be [WordPress Lessons](http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Lessons).
   You can be up and running in no time.
