WordPress totally Down, no errors, HELP!

    My wordpress has totally gone down.
    partial pages work coz they are cached using supercache plugin.
    Everything else has NO RESPONSE back.
    Databse is all fine i can run all queries.

    How do i debug what happened?

    found log:
    24-Jun-2009 15:18:06] WordPress database error MySQL server has gone away for query SELECT option_value FROM wp_options WHERE option_name = ‘db_version’ LIMIT 1 made by get_option

    IT was complex, I fixed it my self.
