    Hi,
I have a home page in Finnish language (default) and Swedish language. In the Google search the main page title is correct and the same as on the Settings/General – Tagline-field. But if you make a Google search in Swedish the title text is something like “- a totally new WordPress page”. Where can I fix this, so that the Swedish main page title (that I have filled in for the page) is shown in the Google search results?

    Happy to hear youd advice!

    Regards,

    Pamela

I’m a lazy guy. Rather than finding where that can be officially configured, me, I’d rather open my database in PhpMyAdmin and search where that text string exists in the wp_options table, so that I can manually replace it 😉

Thank you Sabinooo! I found two of those taglines, but they where in the main language (Finnish) – Let’s hope that my “overwriting” also changes the Swedish text. I think it takes a while before I can see the change in Google search results.
