WordPress Thumbnail Image Edit

    On my website, when someone clicks on a lightbox picture they are brought to a bigger image which has small thumbnail boxes at the bottom of the image. When one clicks on these small thumbnails they are brought to another image. I would like to change what the thumbnail image is so that people know exactly what they are clicking on. Currently, the thumbnail displays the top of the image. I would like to display the middle. Could someone please advise me on how to do this?
