WordPress themes with member login form

I have been searching member login form for a while. But I could not find one that people can register and login (not wp-login), and I can manager login member through CMS. I want to create a site something similar to http://themeforest.net. People can register and login, and buy items if they logged in. Any themes or plugins with that functionality?
