• Hello Everyone,

I started building my first website in wordpress a month ago. I selected a theme and started making changes, etc. I decided that I no longer wanted to use this theme and found another that I wanted to use.

When I used the first theme my text would type in the theme’s default font (great). When I changed to the next theme it no longer would type in the new themes default font ( which I like ) and everyting was displaying in bold aerial. I continued on making my changes hoping it was a glitch. It got to the point that I didn’t want to continue builidng the site whilst it was still displaying in such a horrible font.

I tried switching to a different theme, just to see if the problem was with that theme but it appears that it’s happening to all of them.

I did install a font plug in but felt this wasn’t really rectifying the problem. I tried a different web browser and clearing cookies etc but the font still is defaulted to aerial bold.

I have now reset the site hoping to clear the problem but it’s still not sorted it.

I didn’t mess around with any code or anything like that when building the site.

The theme I would like to use is the Vantage theme.

Fully appreciate any help on this,

    Thank you
