   so sir please give me the information about the function.php & index.php & how
   to add image, css, javascript and how to convert the html based complete website
   into wordpress ………….

 * Takes a while to learn how to do it, and more time to do it well, but fortunately
   there’s a lot of documentation to help you.
 * Also, download a theme or two and reverse engineer them, look at their files 
   to figure out how they work.
 * Do you already know how to code CSS and HTML and PHP? Because you really can’t
   create a theme unless you have those skills first.
 * Have fun learning, it’s well worth the effort!

 * I strongly recommend you get a copy of the Underscores theme ([http://underscores.me](http://underscores.me))
   and use that to build out a site. Underscores is the “best practices” starter
   theme and building a site with it will teach you a lot about how WP works and
   how code is supposed to be written.

 * Good idea, Underscores is really easy to work with compared to most themes, and
   easy to customise.
