   project to project for a long term period.
 * Requirements:
 * (-)Graphic Design Experience
    (-)Portfolio of other custom WordPress themes, 
   please provide when you send email (-)CSS knowledge (-)Browser compatibility (-)
   Site that will pass W3C Validation
 * Advantage:
 * (+)Advantage to someone who has experience with building review websites with
   comparison tables for all kind of niches, I can even buy a certain review plugin
   if it will help you to complete the theme at its best.
 * Another thing, if you are a new to WordPress designing – this thread is not much
   for you :\ as I am looking for experienced, artistic and UI person only.
