WordPress theme accessibility

Hello,

I am building a wordpress site that is going to need the options of changing web pages to suit the needs of visually impaired guests. So I need the ability for viewers to click a button and the theme text and background colours change to suit, or to alter the size of fonts etc with a click of a button.

is this possible? Is there a plugin or anything that can help with this?
