WordPress Template- Background Image: Zoomed In on Mobile, Proper On Desktop

    I am sort of having a responsiveness issue on my website. I have installed a WordPress theme: charlotte.themeplayers.net

    URL: http://www.laprima.ae/about-us/

    The background image in the central portion of page is a 1150px * 1150px.

    The issue is that on smaller devices such as laptops, the image zooms in to show only about the top 40% of the image, while on desktop it is fine. I spent some time looking at the CSS code but being a beginner I was not able to figure out the specifics.
