WordPress tables that users can populate?

I need one table on each post with form which users can populate and add content to post table.

Well, I found something similar with gravity forms plus directory, but from what I’ve read it is directory (table) of all entries in one form, not per post, but per form.

I need to have different table for each post.

Read also about data tables, but not sure if that can be done with data tables.

If anyone has idea or has been working with similar things, I would appreciate help.
