WordPress SVN Commit Failed!

    I have commit to svn but show this error:
    – Commit failed (details follow):
    – Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
    – Please provide commit message that describes the changes you are making.
    – This error was generated by a custom hook script on the Subversion server.
    – Please contact your server administrator for help with resolving this issue.

    Please help me!!!

    You should write the Arbitrary text in the massage before commit.
