WordPress stats…created a second site…lost old stats

I recently updated my theme and in the process had to turn off my stats for a minute. When i turned them back on, it started using a separate linked blog with the www. preceding the URL. So now there are two linked blogs hammertown.com and http://www.hammertown.com, it’s using http://www.hammertown.com but my whole history is on hammertown.com…what do I do? I don’t want to lose my history.
