    Have you tried turning ON “Force Strings to UTF-8 Encoding” in Ulitmate member -> Settings -> Advanced?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your fast reply. I tried that now and it didn’t work.

    I believe it has something to do with the UM username filed itself. Because when I try to register using the default WP registration, I can register Arabic characters.

    I hope you can help me solve this. Thanks again.

    Hi @timash,

    Unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t support Arabic or any other letters except Latin in the usernames. Ultimate member fully supports Arabic RTL text and strings, however, doesn’t support Arabic usernames because WordPress doesn’t support it out of the box.
    I’m afraid, we can’t support something that is not available in the official WordPress and require 3rd party plugins to work.
