wordpress sitewide tags automatically

    I’m looking for a plugin (prefer free), which does the same as wordpress sitewide tags and copy posts to main-blog. This plugin does not copy automatically when a post is added from one of the other blogs. Is there another plugin out there like:

    wordpress sitewide tags

    but is updating automatically? or how can i achieve this?

    ps. im using multisite
