WordPress site resets unwanted

    Hello

    I have been working on a wordpress theme for 2 weeks and i had no problems so far. this morning i saw that the website was still okay. But this afternoon I checked it again and evrything was gone, it looks like wordpress has automatically reseted to the main style of the theme and removed all of my adjustements. My pages ar gone aswell

    Anyone know why or what to do?

    Your server may have automatically updated your theme, or you (or someone) may have updated your theme. If changes weren’t made prior to the update within a Child Theme or Custom CSS plugin, your changes would have been erased. From this, I can hypothesise the modifications you see erased were made to the theme’s files.

    If you need to change anything more than CSS, use a Child Theme environment to hold your modifications (also works for CSS).

    If you need to change CSS, use a Custom CSS plugin like the Jetpack plugin’s Custom CSS functionality.

    One or the other.

    ok , something else what is very strange: I delete the whole wordpressmap from my server but i can still use it online when i go to my url/wordpress, its still there

    You ought to contact our hosting providers for that issue.
