 * my wordpress site is down, and cant do anything to recover.

 * cant access dashboard, neither through vivaarquitetura.com.br/wp-login.php
 * i dont have a backup.
 * anyone have any ideia?

 * Contact your web host. The error I see is a 500 – and points to a configuration
   file on the server.
 * > HTTP Error 500.19 – Internal Server Error
   >  The requested page cannot be accessed
   > because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.
 * Also, that server is IIS – not the best choice for a WordPress install.
