wordpress site in two languages- English and Telugu

    Hi all,
    First of all i wish to think all the wordpress users and developers.
    It made my dream of making of making a website for my grand pa come true.

    I created the website in telugu now i want a englis version also. I am ready to translate the whole content into English. Is there any anyway to change the language with the simple touch of a button?
    Any plugins avaialable to do that?
    Dont want to use Google translate becauses the translations are not appropriate

    You can use polylang plugin but I’m not sure it supports telugu.

    But telugu is NOT supported by polylang
