WordPress site hacked with unsavory post
My WordPress site hosted on Bluehost was hacked early this morning (9/16)and I’m wondering if anyone knows any addtional precautions I could take. This is the second time it happened. The first time I changed my WordPress password to an even more secure password and it happened again early this morning.
The hackers placed an unsavory post on my site and registered themselves as administrators with three separate email accounts, below. My email marketing service froze my account due to an increase in complaints from my email list, which could have happened when the service automatically pulls an RSS feed from my site and sends an email with a brief description and link.
I would really appreciate any suggestions on how I can make the site more secure from these hackers. I use a firewall, virus checking software and only access the WordPress account via a secured network. My domain is outerbankspublishing.com
In addition, one of our authors just reported to me that her WordPress site address was being redirected to another site and then it stopped. Her domain is staceyrourke.com

Once hackers have gotten in, they almost always put in back doors to let them get back in again. It doesn’t matter how secure your password is, or how you access it, etc., at that point because they already have their own special route back into your content.
