  • So I essentially have errors spitting out if you have empty input when you hit submit on the options page for the theme I am building. Thats fine. My question(s) are:

    1) the errors display at the top of the screen, no I want them to display where I say, using get_settings_errors() doesn’t do it….so how do I dislay errors where I want them assuming what the user does throws an error?

    2) I need to change the settings-updated to false upon throwing the error. So when a user inputs invalid info and the error is thrown after submission, the settings-updated = true thus i have not only errors showing but also a success message….this is wrong.

    Any ideas?
