   > was not showing up on my posts. So I disabled all plugins except for Report
   > Content and it started showing up on my posts.

 * Yupp, I’ve the same issue.
    My Report Content Version: 1.12 WordPress SEO (YOAST):
   Version 1.5.4.2 (free version)
 * I also used the automatic integration, above as below doesn’t work…
 * Display form:
    - “Whole site” shows the report buttom only at the startpage not at the post…
    -  post & pages doesn’t work…
    -  post doesn’t work
    -  pages doesn’t work
