WordPress SEO by Yoast, Homepage generated 2 times

I have viewed the sitemap generated by yoast plugin. First of all I was surprised to find listed the homepage under posts and under pages as well. I guess that is not good and I wondered how is that possible. The second problem I have is that when I view sitemap of rent there is also on the top, very first listed archive as well, although I have archives disabled. I have no idea why it would be in the sitemap:-(
