WordPress Says I Don’t Have Permission

I put up this blog 2 years ago and now want to delete it. I am logged in. I followed the instructions to > My Sites > WP Admin to delete and receive this message:

User grovegal10 Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested. You are logged in as “grovegal10” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Peptide Skin Care”. If you are not “grovegal10”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “grovegal10” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

I had to reset the password and was able to do that. Since I’m logged in, not sure why I am receiving this message. The same email used to set it up was used today to reset the password.

Can someone help me delete this?
