# WordPress reporting Wrong Database Version

 * Hi all,
 * I upgraded my database lately to the latest Maria db Version.
    I thinks it’s 
   no real Problem bechase the site works as expected but I would like to know why
   wordpress is not able to identify the verision?

 * Where are you seeing the incorrect version? As far as I’m aware WordPress doesn’t
   display your database software version anywhere.
