Anyone? I have images in my uploads with 150×150 thumbnails, but this plugin doesn’t show them. Any ideas why? As I already mentioned, I previously had my website on http, now I moved to https and the plugin doesn’t show images.

This is not the default behavior of Related Posts Thumbnails. There might be something else going on here that needs to be investigated properly.
Can you share your website link? and also try to search and replace all the http links to https by using a plugin.
