    Hi there,

Please go to Settings > Permalinks, then press the save changes button. It will clean the permalink cache, and might fix your problem.

In case it doesn’t fix your issue, so it may be a plugin/theme conflict, and I might need help you in a different way.

    Hi Felipe,

Thank you so much for your suggestion. A few days ago I tried that along with changing the permalink settings and then changing them back. No luck so far.

However, when I change the permalink all together it works — but I obviously don’t want to do that. It just reinforces that it *is* a permalink issue, if that helps?

Do you have any other suggestions?

The only similarity I can find is the name of the blog post slug and the name of the PDF slug.

Have you tried changing slug slightly?

    Hi @t-p,

That’s the only similarly I’ve been able to find, too.

If I change the blog post slug, it works and I can access the page! However, a lot of my traffic comes from Pinterest (along with a handful of other sites linking back to me) so I don’t want to update the slug and lose my referral traffic.

Can you think of any other way to fix this?

    Thank you so much!

Please try checking if you have a redirection on a plugin like Yoast SEO.

Make an option could be change the slug, and then put a permanent redirection to the new path.

Okay, then consider changing the slug and put redirection.
