# WordPress redirect loop after installing plugin

 * After i tried to install wordpress plugin Magic custom registration, the website
   started displaying redirect loop and that it can’t open. The page that opens 
   now every time i try front page is : [http://nationalfilmawards.co.uk/admin.php?page=crf_migrate_submission](http://nationalfilmawards.co.uk/admin.php?page=crf_migrate_submission)
 * I tried disabling plugins and adding define site url with www but it’s still 
   not working. If you can help me i would apreciate it very much since i’m stuck
   with this for last couple of hours.

   But it doesn’t open and says redirect loop but then in the address bar you see

 * Access your website via ftp and simply rename the plugin you installed
 * plugin can be found here go to your website root directory `wp-content/plugins/`

 * Hello, thank you for support but the problem is there is no plugin i installed
   in the plugins folder, just the plugins that were already there before.

 * Rename all those plugins and then activate one by one you will find out which
   problem is causing trouble

 * try re-uploading all files & folders – except the **wp-content** folder – from
   a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files&
   folder before uploading the new ones.
 * be assured to make a back up first
