    When trying to upload:
    a plugin
    an image
    wordpress import

    I jump error: missing a temporary directory

    Contact your hosts. This is a server issue.

    know exactly where the problem might be?

    The server I’ve ridden him, is mine:
    -Windows 2008 server with IIS7
    -PHP 5.3.23
    -MySQL 5.0.67

    Sorry – Windows servers are not my area of expertise. Personally, I would recommend that you always use Linux servers to run WordPress. You’ll save yourself no end of heartache that way.
