# WordPress Premium Problems

 * Company just started blogging and have chosen WordPress, obviously, for a host
   for the blog. Have the premium account ($99) and I am told that I can personally
   customize my own site through wordpress. Only problem is, it does not allow me
   to. I cannot move one thing at all. All I can do is change font, color and size
   of font.
 * Any help is apprecciated. Thanks!

 * I signed up for WordPress Premium, mistakenly thinking I needed to. The site 
   was clear that I could cancel within three days with no problems. I canceled 
   the next day, got an automated message that the cancellation was all set. But
   a week later I still see the charge, but not a credit, on my credit card. With
   whom do I speak about this?
