WordPress Powered Site with Blog on Different URL (3 posts)

I have a site that is fully powered by WordPress. Is it possible to have the public pages be on http://www.domain.com and the blog on http://blog.domain.com?

They would all be pointing to the same WP installation. I have the primary page set to a home page and the blog page set to unique blog page. And I'm aware of the the two URL fields in the settings, but figured those were used for a site that is separate from the blog (not the same installation). I'm not live yet so I cannot test the theory out with real domains. Anyone know if this can be done? Thanks.

My recommendation would be to have the site on http://www.domain.com/ and the blog on http://www.domain.com/blog/.

Then, you can set up your rewrite rules (in htaccess or with a Rewriter plug-in) to do the heavy lifting. Basically, point http://blog.domain.com/* to http://www.domain.com/blog/*

Realistically, people would be able to use either the subdomain or the subfolder to see the same content.
