The settings for this plugin requires an App ID and an App Secret. When you create a page you don’t have those two things. How can I link then this plugin to the facebook page so that when there are new posts, it would also reflect on the facebook page

You need to go a step further. After the settings are set, then it will show a new setting with regards to posting to your Facebook page.
