    I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I am facing with the WordPress Popular Posts plugin and the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. I have already brought this to the attention of the WPP support team, and they have advised me to contact you for further assistance.

    The problem I am facing is that the thumbnail images for WordPress Popular Posts are not displaying properly when the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is enabled. However, when I disable the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, the images display perfectly fine.

    I have already posted this issue on the WordPress support forum (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/images-not-showing-on-thumbnail/#post-16544895), but I have yet to receive a resolution. I am hoping that you can help me to identify the root cause of this issue and provide me with a solution.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    you have something blocked this request, usually a security plugin or such , please make sure this requests work and not end up in 403 error.

    or please disable guest mode , this request is critical for guest mode to work properly

    Despite turning off guest mode, the issue remains unresolved.

    please try disable rocket loader in CF, and also all the JS options in plugin , then purge all , see how it goes.

    I have disabled the Rocket Loader feature from Cloudflare, however, the issue still persists. Additionally, I have also disabled the LS Cache plugin JavaScript, but the issue remains unresolved.

    Is there anyway through I can exclude WPP plugin from LS Cache. If yes then please guide me how?

    unfortunately no , the plugin is per page basis , by that means, you can only include or exclude by page as unit

    please try disable lazyload and purge all , see how it goes.

    After turning off the Lazy Load, it’s working fine now. The images are showing up properly. I hope that disabling Lazy Load will not adversely impact the ranking and speed of my website.
