WordPress Pop Up Plugin not working after 4.4.5.1 update

    I just installed the newest update and the Pop Up no longer works. The previous version worked fine on WordPress 3.4. Any suggestions as to why this might not be running? The only rule is to show ‘On Specific URL’ which is the home page: http://www.thedandelionpatch.com
    Perhaps this is not compatible with WordPress 3.4? Also, I noticed in the settings it would not let me switch the setting to load the Pop Up in ‘Page Footer’.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @ericatdp,

    Can you tell me exactly how you have your rule set? The latest version did change how this rule works slightly so it may have changed how you need to set the rule.

    Hi there,

    The only rule set is ‘On specific URL’ for our home page:
    http://www.thedandelionpatch.com/
    http://www.thedandelionpatch.com

    Each URL is on it’s own line. Any help is greatly appreciated!

    Yeah I am having the same problem on my site 🙁

    It doesn’t popup at all and in settings I can’t change the “Pop Up loaded using” option when I click save changes it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    Let us know when you have resolved this in update.

    I’ve sent this feedback to the developer to take a look at. The latest version did contain a tweak to how these rules work, so it is possible there is a bug in the new method.

    We’ll let you know what we find.
