 * Hi, i’ve just released a working version of Smart Count a simple wordpress plugin
   to be used along with [Joen’s comments.php](http://www.noscope.com/journal/2005/01/wp-separating-trackbacks-pingbacks)
   that gives you two functions.
 * The first one gives you the total number of trackback/pingbacks on a single post(
   not including the comments) and the second one the total of comments (not including
   tb/pings).
