# WordPress Plugin Installer Stalled

 * I’m trying to download a couple of plugins using the WordPress Plugin Installer.
   It shows where the zip file is located, and then shows that it is “unpacking 
   the files” then it stalls out and says done. Nothing more happens. The same thing
   happens when downloading themes.
 * I have searched for hours to find a resolve to this problem in the documentation
   and forum but cannot seem to find the answer. I’d prefer not using FTP if I don’t
   have to.
