WordPress Plugin Champ?

Thought I would check the boards here before venturing off to the freelance sites…

I do basic php and custom work on WordPress.
But searching for a fellow freelancer who does custom plugins and wordpress daily.

Paid, of course.

Not on crack head rates, but not on a CEO budget either.

Any suggestions (freelance or company) are greatly appreciated.
