 * I bought a theme, which I was told is not a WP theme. When I opened the files
of the theme in PHPStorm I was asked if I wanted to enable WP support (which
I did) which I read means that the PHPStorm project I’m working on is recognized
   as a WordPress Plugin.
 * I actually would like to install it on WP.
 * My question is: what does it mean that I have enabled WP support to a PHPStorm
project? I know next to nothing about WP, though I’m about to read up on it.

I run Windows 8.1 and currently have installed WP on localhost. I use XAMPP.
