# wordpress permalinks issues

 * Im using %postname% as my permalink. On the surface everything works fine and
   there are no 404 errors. But its a different story with google bot. Webmasters
   tools shows me that practically all of my blog is considered to be 404. Every
   visit and use of the blog creates 404.
    In order to use postname I have opened
   an .htaccess file in my server. the blog is not in English or any other Latin
   language.
 * **Can someone tell me what is the issue and what can I do?**

 * what’s the URL of your site? it’ll help to be able to run a header status check
   on your site to see what’s going on.
 * Have you disabled all your plugins? that’s a good starting point.
