  • Here is my solution for the Parallax slider responsive and multilingual with qTranslate plugin. Download the Slider Parallax Slider. Download qTranslate plugin qTranslate. Edit the qTranslate plugin in your backend area select your languages. Go into your themes folder open the theme you are working with. In my case: twentytwelve on my localhost for testing purposes add the following line of Code into your header.php file ” <?php if ( function_exists( ‘get_wp_parallax_content_slider’ ) ) { get_wp_parallax_content_slider(); } ?> ” copy without the quotes and place it on line 45 after this line of code “ <?php wp_nav_menu( array( ‘theme_location’ => ‘primary’, ‘menu_class’ => ‘nav-menu’ ) ); ?> “ for the qTranlate plugin copy this line of code into the header.php “ <?php echo qtrans_generateLanguageSelectCode(‘image’); ?> “ place it on line 46. Open your style.css and place this code “ ul.qtrans_language_chooser {
    list-style: none;
    margin: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    ul.qtrans_language_chooser li {
    display: inline-block;
    float: right;
    position: relative;
    margin: 0px;
    padding: 0px;
    a.qtrans_flag {
    margin-left: 5px;
    margin-top: 0px
    } “. Go into the folder wp-content – plugins – wp-parallax-content-slider open the file wp-parallax-content-slider.php and remove this line of code “ include(‘static-slides-sample.php’); “ and place this code there “
    { include(‘static-slides-german.php’); }

    { include(‘static-slides-english.php’); }

    { include(‘static-slides-french.php’); } “ also without quotation marks. The same folder contains the file-static-slides-sample.php copy it three times and rename it “ static-slides-german.php “, “ static-slides-english.php “ and “ static-slides-french.php “.
