WordPress page goes on and off

I am trying to build my first personal website. Bought the domain name from the names.co.uk (evrimaltintas.uk), hosting services from iPage and installed WordPress 4.3.1 to work on it. Initially all went well and I finished several sections. But after a while when I returned back to my webpage I realised that it was re-directed to a webpage which said “this domain name is not available”. My control panel was still open on my tab but I can’t even click on any link, as it was immediately re-directing me to that webpage. After a little bit of struggle I gave up. Next time I returned, everything was back on again! So I thought it was a temporary problem and continued to work for several more hours and tonight now they are all gone again! And after waiting a while, it is now back. For example, if you click the link now you will probably see the page normally. When I first started writing this post, it wasn’t there. Am I doing something wrong? Why is it going on and off?
