WordPress.org Support Forum Bug-Underlining Text, HTML code is Escaped

When using this support forum and wanting to underline some text by using the editor menu selection “U” (underlined), the editor in this forum escapes the HTML code that underlines the text, revealing the HTML code.

Like this shows:

<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>This text is underlined</span>
