# WordPress.org register issue

 * Hi, this is directed towards wordpress.org register page, it may be a cache issue
   as well.
 * First of all I have created an account previously, but with a wrong username.
   Since you can’t change your username, I associated that account with my personal
   email, because I usually use that nickname with my personal email. So I registered,
   confirmed account, changed my email address, then when I tried to re-register
   with my original email, with the nickname that I have on wordpress.com it keep
   saying that I already have an account on wordpress.org. I click on the resend
   confirmation email, but I’m not getting any emails. Tried to recover email, it
   says that I don’t have an account.
 * Please note that I have cleared my cookies, cache and the problem still persists,
   even tried a different browser.

 * There is problem with Yahoo, they refuse to accept mail from WordPress.org.

 * My personal email is Yahoo, it changed, but my work email, which i was trying
   to use is on a private server, and there is no log off getting any email from
   wordpress.org. When I first registered I got the email, but I’m not getting anything
   now.
