I want to work in wordpress in off line using wampserver 2 on my pc. how to do this. please any expert help me i am newbie in wordpress.

Your best bet might be to seek out one of the many Wampserver tutorials available on the web. Link goes to Google. wordpress “wampserver” “how to”

Add your OS to the general search terms to get more specific results. ( “Windows 7”, “windows 8”, etc..)
