 * Hi, I wonder if anyone can help please?
 * I successfully installed wordpress on a domain last week, and it all went very
   smoothly, despite Plesk not having a quick install facility.
 * Yesterday I tried going through exactly the same process for a subdomain, but
   when i visit the site, instead of asking me to install WordPress, it tries to
   download something. Any ideas please??

 * That sounds like a server issue. Try asking the hosts about it.
