Since last Sunday my website started being SLOW, 85% of the times it doesn't load at all.
I started to call on monday to Godaddy, they told me that they had a problem with the server and that it was going to be solved in 24 hours. 4 days and multiple calls later I still have the same problem! The last guy that I talked to said that I needed to wait another 48 hours for the problem to be solved!
They gave me 2 options:
-Wait until the problem is solve (4 days ago it was going to be solved in 24 hours, now it's in 6 days)
-They can give me my money back
Is this the kind of service they offer?
They have so many customers that they don't care if the lose one more.
I don't want to wait 6 days for a problem that is not my fault, I don't want my money back and start looking for other web hosting service and move my website.
I want the service that they offered me! I want the service that I am paying for.
