# WordPress not saving…

 * Hey is anyone else having problems at times where WordPress will not publish 
   a post? Lately, it’s been kind of hit and miss for me. Sometimes it saves fine.
   However, like tonight, I tried to save multiple times and it just hangs and saves
   like 7 versions of a draft post where the post should only be listed once under‘
   posts’
 * It’s very strange. Is WordPress itself just having traffic issues or is it me?
 * Wondering if anyone else has come across these issues.

 * Update: I saved a post on my work computer today, however, when i get home tonight
   I still can not update or save a post properly. What gives? HELP…

 * I’m having the same issue – sometimes it saves an edit to a page and others it
   doesn’t. I’ve had to spend a lot of time rewriting content – it seems that it
   reverts to an autosave or previous draft instead of saving the updates

 * I have the same issue saving and publishing new posts.
 * it only happens to new posts. after the error, I go edit the autosaved draft 
   and then things work normally.
    Already tried repairing the DB. Posted also on
   the [“not publishing” post](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/358096).
