# WordPress not creating folders

 * Alright, I’m running 6 blogs on 6 seperate IP addresses on one dedicated server
   machine running Windows 2003 Server. I’m using the Apache, MySQL, PHP combo. 
   Everything is installed and works fine but WordPress isn’t automatically creating
   any directories for permalinks, rss feeds, or anything else.
    I’ve tried everything
   including messing around with the .htaccess file but it appears that wordpress
   doesnt even care about it. Keep in mind I have full remote access to the box.
   Thanks in advance for any help!

 * Wp doesn’t create “directories”. Did you have a chance to take a look at this?

 * Yes, I looked at all the documentation. I’m guessing my problem might have something
   to to with mod_rewrite?
    The main directories aren’t read only because WP creates
   the htaccess file by itself.

 * there are no extra folders created whatsoever. there are no archive folders, 
   no about folder, nothing. my folder structure is as bare as the zip i got it 
   in.
