WordPress not allowing scrolls through 'next page'

My blog (thejellyjars.com) seems to have a glitch in it right now- My homepage looks fine as I scroll down through the most recent posts but when I hit “Next Page” to get to other posts, it just refreshes to show my main page again.

The address bar (not sure what you call it…? where the url’s are…) says /page/2/ after my domain name when I do hit “Next Page” but it hasn’t actually gone on to other pages, it just shows that home page again.

Any tips on how to fix this??
