Does this plugin work with WordPress Network/Multisite?

Is there any way to config this plugin at the top level multisite?
The config would be shared among all subsites

I don't think any plugin can be autoenabled to activate on all sub-sites. They can be network activated, but the individual blog administrators still have to enable it and configure it.

Further, I'm not sure I've seen any plugin where the settings from the primary blog are inherited by all of the secondary ones.

There is a config file in the /wordpress-s3 folder that you have to enter your AWS Id key and your secret key, and then the bucket name you want to use.
