# WordPress MySQL Database

 * I have a few different wordpress sites hosted on one domain. I have created different
   extensions to do this.

    [http://www.mydomain.com/wordpress2](http://www.mydomain.com/wordpress2)
   Etc …
 * I would now like to copy one of my wordpress sites from the subdomain to the 
   main domain.
 * I have opened MySQL in my Cpanel and managed to find my databases. I have 8 databases
   which are likely the 8 different wordpress installations I have on my domain.
 * These 8 databases have random numbers;
 * wordpress_3i3l72d6##
    wordpress_57eabhg6## wordpress_6ln6d17k## wordpress_aoi52eom##
   wordpress_b2ij6b5h## wordpress_d6mkbi3a## wordpress_dhbcdcna## wordpress_ee1cbmee##
 * As there are 8 of these databases I have no idea how I can figure out which is
   the one I need to export.
 * Can I find this number combination back in my WordPress installation somewhere?

 * Hello,
 * You can find what database it is in use in your wp-config.php, in this file there
   is which database it is in use, you need to search:
    define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘database_name_in_use’);
   If the user you have configured it has access to all databases, you can change
   only the database name and you will get current installation, if your wordpress
   has all the themes and plugins needed.
